Outdoor Ceremonies
Outdoor weddings at Stonehouse Court can also be enjoyed around the pagoda nestled within the private gardens of our Caroline Suite. For a truly fairytale feel, the lawns around the pagoda can seat up to several hundred guests, with the ceremony taking place in front of the pagoda, combining the features of the Caroline Suite with the beauty of the grounds.
Church Weddings at St Cyr’s
Dating back to the 14th century, the beautiful St Cyr’s church stands gloriously along the Stroud Water Canal, accessible through a small, enchanting archway at the end of Stonehouse Court’s gardens. A wedding at this historic church is a magical affair, and following the service, guests can meander back through the wonderful gardens of Stonehouse Court for drinks and canapes on the lawn and a spectacular wedding breakfast. Church ceremonies can be booked directly with St Cyr’s.
The Caroline Suite
This package features use of the Caroline Suite with its large windows that overlook the pagoda, truly bringing the outside in, perfect for a larger wedding reception, dinner, or breakfast surrounded by the sensational scenery. The Caroline Suite features:

The Arundel Suite
Our Arundel room creates a more intimate and cosy environment for family and friends to celebrate. Seating around 65 guests, the Arundel is private, beautifully decorated and boasts a sensational view of the Stroud Valley.
The Crellin Room
For a group of 30 or less, The Crellin Room is a top tier recommendation. Featuring warm wood panelled walls, mullioned windows and a unique spiral staircase, the Crellin Room is our answer for a small wedding get-together.
The Sandford Suite
Featuring the picturesque scenery of our grounds along with private terrace access, our Sandford Suite is a light and airy space to host gatherings for up to 40 of your friends, family or colleagues, making it an excellent choice for any occasion.
Marquee Weddings
For the perfect outdoor wedding celebration in the Cotswolds, we have access to a marquee, which seats up to 250 guests. Our marquee can be integrated with our Caroline Suite for larger parties and provides shade and shelter for a wedding with views over a private garden.
Bridal Boat Cruises
Bridal cruises add a unique and memorable twist to your wedding day or pre-wedding preparations, departing from the grounds of Stonehouse Court and catering for up to 12 guests with the option of additional refreshments.
45 minutes of sophistication with canapes and Prosecco, preparing you, your bridesmaids, friends, and family for the wedding day ahead. Return to Stonehouse Court afterwards to enjoy our exceptional dinner options.
