The Opportunity

An incredible opportunity has arisen for a charismatic individual to join the team as our new Bar Manager. The successful candidate will oversee and manage three bars including, our manor house Cocktail Bar, our seasonal Terrace Bar, and our busy Function Bar. This is a real opportunity for someone with new ideas, passion, and flare, to make these bars their own. The successful candidate will lead from the front, with the team and will lead by example.

What we are looking for

• Previous experience as a Bar Manager in a similar property, or strong bar supervisor

• Someone who can confidently lead a team, organise and run three bars

• Cocktail Experience Essential

• Good knowledge of Beverages

• Charismatic, enthusiastic personality with a genuine passion for hospitality

• Strong emphasis on good service

Key Responsibilities

• Strong focus on high quality customer service

• Fully responsible for staff recruitment and training for the bar team

• Responsible for producing weekly Rota's in line with company forecasts and budgets

• Responsible for weekly ordering of cellar stock

• Responsible for Bar & Cellar maintenance (line cleaning, stock control. wastage, general cleanliness)

• Working closely with Operations/GM on new menu ideas and bar practices.

Contract & Benefits

• Salary ranging from 22-25k per annum, based on experience

This role is so important. You are the first person our guests will see when they arrive and the last person they’ll see when they check out. You need to be well presented, bubbly and have a real passion for customer service.

The duties include: making reservations, telephone and email enquiries, checking guests in and out and general hotel duties. A good basic knowledge of computers is essential and any previous experience with hotel booking systems just as Guestline will be very helpful.

We are currently looking for an experienced, passionate leader to join our Food & Beverage team, to run and oversee our Breakfast and Brunch Operations.

The successful candidate will be a natural, hands on leader, keen to set a good example to the team and ensure that the highest quality food and service is delivered to the guests. Personaility is essential! Breakfast is the final meal of a guests stay, it needs to have a lasting impression!

Duties will include:

Being responsible for the service standards of our busy Breakfast and Lunch Service

Overseeing a team of waiting staff on a daily basis to ensure the team are briefed and giving the expected quality of service.

Working closely with the Breakfast Chef to ensure buffet offerings are of high quality and topped up regularly.

Stock Ordering for dry goods
